No. For ongoing services like social media management and video retainers, there's a one-time $499 onboarding fee to cover your strategy setup, then it's month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice anytime. We earn your business every month — not through contracts. For one-off projects like videos and writing, you simply pay per project with no ongoing commitment.

Our strategy and client relationships are managed locally, but our production team operates internationally. This means you get the same quality of work without paying for expensive local overhead. You're paying for results, not a fancy office.

Every deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Need another round? Additional revisions are $75 each. We want to get it right — and 2 rounds is enough for 95% of projects when clients give clear, consolidated feedback.

All services are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of personalised marketing deliverables and the manual work involved. Your payment covers marketing and creative work based on your brief, feedback, and revisions. If the content misses the mark, we'll revise it based on your feedback — every project includes 2 rounds of revisions.
